BizInBox was founded in 2005 by the Combrinck Family after they themselves started with an old mug heat press, bought second hand, whose thermometer packed up after only a few mugs were made. During this time there were only 2 distributors of these machines and equipment who charged enormous amounts of money for fixing the mug press, consumables and were unwilling to give help and support to them. They played a guessing game with their heat press, touching the scalding hot mug and peeling away only a corner of the print to see if it is ready, a lot of burnt fingers and nights later the inevitable happened, they ran out of stock. Most of the suppliers were out of stock or over charging them at that time. They started convincing a local importer to import the items for them they needed to continue their business. Then the idea came to them, if they were struggling to get stock at competitive prices, surely there were others as well. Then requests started piling in for equipment and so they decided to bring in enough items to build up novelty printing systems which they made available in complete starter kits they also developed a training guide so that entrepreneurs like them can make a success, learn from their own mistakes and grow their own business. They offered systems that are made and put together by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, with the added benefit of support along the way. The business boomeranged and they have gotten so busy with this new business, they then closed down the printing business they still had going and invested all their focus and time in growing BizInBox from home. Today they stand head to head with the big-wigs of the industry, offering the same quality, affordability and above all else, undying support. They now have partners nationwide, with equipment in showrooms in almost all major cities and they still offer all their clients, local and international, the support they need to become as successful as they are, growing from strength to strength.
