Durbanville Wellness Centre is an unique multidisciplinary practice where physiotherapists and biokineticists work side by side for the holistic treatment of injuries, pain and rehabilitation. We believe in a personal HANDS-ON approach to identify and treat the cause of injury, with special emphasis on body alignment and the balance of musculo-skeletal, fascial and neural structures. Although we have a strong focus on orthopaedic rehabilitation, we are also passionate about sport and the support of athletes, including younger ones. We have sister practices at Stellenberg, Durbanville and Fairmont High Schools. Our Physio Assist program for Schools was developed specifically for younger athletes and our therapists are on location during sports events. Our holistic approach to wellness extends to the corporate world where we offer both on-site services and the management of wellness programmes. We are accredited to perform Discovery, Vitality, Virgin Life Care, Bankmed and Momentum fitness tests. In addition to on-site physiotherapy, personal training and biokinetic services, we offer health screening (HIV, cholesterol & glucose), ergonomic and dietary advice.
