Process Valve Corporation cc was established in 1987 as an industrial Valve stockist, distributor and supply company based in Durban KZN, in 1988 the Richards Bay branch was opened followed by Johannesburg in 1992 and the Vaal Triangle branch in 2000 to service the extensive chemical and petrochemical industries in the regions. In 2016, we opened a Projects division to deal specifically with larger Projects and Project Houses. Today we are one of the leading suppliers of valves, actuators, and associated equipment to industry in Southern Africa. As well as having distributor agreements with our historical brands like Worcester valves and Norbro actuators which allow us to import and stock products directly from the factory, we also have our range of Proseal products that we stock and support to compliment and complete the range. Our staff are continually provided with in-house and external training in order for us to provide the highest levels of technical and product support and along with our principle suppliers and up to date sizing & selection software, all our branches are capable of offering a technically correct solution to our clients. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry we also have extensive knowledge and experience at sourcing products specifically for our customers’ requirements. To provide full product support, all branches stock spare parts and factory repair kits for servicing our product ranges. We also have our own well-equipped workshop facility to carry out the refurbishment of valves for clients that may require this service. All refurbished valves are delivered complete with test certificates and guarantee. Process Valve is a major stockist and supplier of Valves, Control valves, Actuators, Switchboxes and Positioners to all the major sectors of Industry in South Africa. The angled body design and two point cover fixing gives you quick and easy access to the terminals and switch cams which reduces your commissioning times. The use of quality materials and attention to detail in the design and manufacturing processes has resulted in an excellent reputation for reliability. The requirement for maintenance has been virtually eliminated. Operates on the force balance principle by comparing the controller signal to the angular rotation of the stem. Position transmitter and limit switches also available. Process Valve is able to offer a wide range of Pneumatic actuators in both rack and pinion and scotch yoke designs. All actuators are availbale in spring return and double acting.
